only "One Wedding at a Time," you will receive the exclusive use
of our entire facility and the personalized, courteous attention
of our entire staff.
For 40 years our family's experience in catering has become
legendary, for we believe ONE of the most important aspects of
the party is the cuisine. We take pride in helping you select
the perfect gourmet menu for your guests, ranging from a
Cocktail Reception to a seven course dinner, or a customized
menu to please every palette.
The Island Chateau has won the Staten Island Chamber of
Commerce' Building Award for excellence in interior and exterior
design. Our Banquet Room is the perfect size, accommodating
parties from 70 to 220 guests. The atmosphere is tastefully
decorated in an elegant and romantic decor with a grand
staircase, oversized dance floor and many spectacular extras.
Our facility is conveniently located and readily accessible to
the Staten Island Expressway, nestled in the
